These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Styled by Myiah website and the booking service offered through it. By using our site or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
This website lets you learn about Styled by Myiah, view available services, and request or book an appointment. Booking a time through the site is a request for a service; a booking is confirmed once it appears in your account or you receive a confirmation from us.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to book an appointment or create an account. By using the site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use any payment method you enter.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Bookings, deposits, and payment
- Deposits — some services require a deposit to hold your appointment. Any deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service unless stated otherwise.
- Payment processing — deposits and payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Prices — prices for services are shown on the site and may change over time. The price that applies is the one shown at the time you book.
Cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible so the time can be offered to someone else. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. Any specific cancellation window or deposit policy communicated to you at the time of booking applies in addition to these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the site or other users;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its accounts, or its systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the site, or make automated or excessive requests to it; or
- submit information that is false, misleading, or that you are not authorized to provide.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, branding, and design are owned by Styled by Myiah or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission, except as needed to use the site for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers
The site and service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Styled by Myiah will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
